I arrived two hours early at New Haven Lawn Club to do a quick tour and headed out to a local bistro for some mind fuel. My lunch that day was the quickest it has ever been on a wedding day. It certainly wasn't because of the lack of time. It was because I was too excited to photograph Jaime and Matt's wedding day at such a glamorous location.
The day was filled with emotions. It started with a surprise gift that brought tears to Jaime's eyes. This type of candid emotion I live and breath for. It continued with Jaime's mom's choked-up happiness as she looped every button and Matt's excitement seconds before he turned to see his bride. It glowed with laughter during their first kiss. Emotion had a life of its own on Jaime and Matt's wedding day.
A big congrats to Jaime and Matt on their marriage and I wish them a life full of beautiful emotion and lots of laughter.
