New York Newborn Photographer
You may not know this about me, but I love 35mm film. You have probably heard this from me many times before, but a lot of my newborn sessions are photographed on cloudy, rainy days. Because of this, I often need to shoot wide open and sometimes my Pentax isn’t wide enough at 2.8 to shoot at a comfortable shutter speed. So, my Nikon F6 does that for me and still allows me to shoot film. I also use my 35mm when I photograph toddlers and really need some speed to freeze the motion. This beautiful NY newborn session is the perfect example of what 35mm film can do. It was dark, it was rainy, but the cuteness was worth it. And say hello to the littlest, sweetest lips you have ever seen. I loved working with this family to document their first official family-of-three photos in the comfort of their NY home.
