Hotel du Village Wedding
I could write a book about Erica and David’s wedding at Hotel du Village in New Hope, PA. It was my first time at this estate wedding venue in Pennsylvania and it is DEFINITELY a new favorite. A location that can host a weekend getaway for most of your guests and never having to leave the property. Erica and David traveled from the West Coast to make their marriage celebration a weekend affair with their loved ones.
When I first chatted with Erica and David, I knew we were the perfect fit. They were just as excited to have me as their wedding photographer, as I was to be their photographer. It was honestly the best feeling in the world. One of my favorite details from their day (minus David’s incredible violin performance) was that they read their vows in private to each other the day before. They did this so that they could really listen to the words they re-read to each other at their ceremony, instead of being wrapped up in many emotions that often blind couples from the words.
